Trijicon RMR RM06 3.25 MOA
3.25 MOA, adjustable LED, and a housing shaped to survive a slide.
The rundown
The patented housing shape is the whole design argument. It takes the impact and routes the stress around the lens instead of through it, which matters because a slide-mounted optic gets hit every time the gun cycles. Type 2 brought the redesigned electronics Trijicon says are proven on slide-ride pistols and other small arms.
3.25 MOA adjustable red LED, a button lockout so a holster cannot change your setting, battery conservation mode, parallax free. A dot lets you put your attention on the target instead of splitting it between a front post, a rear notch, and the thing you are looking at, and that is most of the reason to run one.
The battery loads from the bottom, so changing it means pulling the optic off and confirming zero again. That is the difference the RCR and the RMR HD are selling.
